CONFLICT (flagged on the instrument row, not resolved here): this New Sec. 14 cutoff (May 1, 2024, covering firms AND suppliers) differs from New Sec. 2(c)(5)'s cutoff (Dec. 31, 2023, covering firms only) quoted in the source row above -- both appear in the same enrolled bill and both are reproduced verbatim rather than reconciled. - House Sub. for SB 347 (2022), Enrolled -- New Sec. 2(c)(7): repayment, forfeiture and suspension on breach statute two-reviewer
